When will my order arrive?
Most orders are processed within 2-4 business days of placing the order with the exception of orders placed on weekends (Friday-Sunday) they will be processed the next business day (Monday).
An email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided from your order once the order has been dispatched with your tracking number.
All orders are sent fully tracked from our nearest warehouse based on your location.
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking link.
We use our shipping partners such as; USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, Royal Mail, Canada Post, Australia Post, and more.
These are estimated shipping times based on current shipping durations:
USA, Canada: 7-17 business days UK, Europe: 7-15 business days Australia, New Zealand: 7-15 business days

Has my order shipped yet?
Orders are generally shipped within 2-4 business days, sometimes sooner. You will receive an email once your order has shipped with its tracking number. Please check your SPAM/JUNK email just in case it was received there. If you cannot find this email or accidently deleted it, contact us on [[[[EMAIL]]]] and we will resend it.
I need to change or cancel my order, how can I do this?
If you would like to make changes to your order please contact us ASAP. We will try our best to accommodate any changes providing your order hasn't already shipped. If your order has been shipped we cannot make any changes or cancel your order, but we always welcome a return if you would like to.
I put the wrong address for my order, can I change it?
If you have input the incorrect delivery address, please contact us ASAP. If your order hasn't been shipped or processed then we can make this change in address for you.
My order has not arrived, what can I do?
Please do not worry, if your order has taken more than 4 weeks from shipment date and has not arrived then please contact us and we will look into it for you. We urge you to please allow at least 4 weeks time to receive your order before contacting us. We offer a Money Back Guarentee or will have your order resent.
Why haven't I received a confirmation email for my order?
Please check your SPAM/JUNK folder incase the email was received there. If you still have not received the confirmation email or accidently input the wrong email address contact us with your order description and delivery address to have a new confirmation resent to the correct email address.
I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?
Once the order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please allow 1-3 business days upon receiving the tracking number to update its status from the carriers.
What payment options are available?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through the Stripe powered Shopify Payment system. We also accept Paypal payments.
